A pink apartment?
Betsy Johnson, eccentric fashion designer managed to do it with style, no surprise here. This Greenwich Village, New York, penthouse was designed with girls in mind of course, but we can all get some design inspiration here. Who’s afraid of pink shag carpeting? This open-plan living space features emblazoned floors, two bedrooms, and is 1,600 square feet, plus a floating staircase that leads up to a private deck on the roof.
What we love, besides Betsy herself, is the velvet chaise, the chrome kitchen with pink walls (we don’t even feel like it was a Peptol Bismal explosion), the glass block wall behind the drop down staircase, and the artwork. Fashionable, free-spirited, and did we mention, pink?
