Photography Wall Gallery

Blank walls in your new apartment or home got you down? Why not print out some of the awesome photos you have stored on your computer and frame them? Creating a photography wall gallery can be a great experience and will make your living space your own. A great idea is to create the gallery of uniform size and matted frames. Display in straight lines for crisp finished effect, or stagger to add artistic flare.

Theme your gallery photos is another great idea. Feature a set of all flowers, family photos, vacation pics, cars, people, pets or animals or travel scenes. Another great idea is to make all pictures black and white.

Vary sizes of frames or matting make for an interesting gallery as well.

Another gallery idea: display frames photos on floating shelves. This makes arranging easy and simple to change up whenever you feel the urge. Replace new pictures occasionally to keep your apartment or home living space fresh and memorable.

As a renter in search of a new apartment, you will find many beautiful apartments for rent in Scranton, Pa. and the city itself is a gem, filled with elegant turn of the century architecture as well as new designs. Scranton features a fine culture at it’s heart, with education with local universities and the arts right outside the door of your Scranton Pa. apartment. After all, Scranton is called The Electric City. The up-rise in popularity of this former coal industry Pennsylvania town can be attributed to the popular and funny TV show, The Office, which fictitiously has it’s location in Scranton. The Indomitable Spiral Staircase

I know I may have blogged about spiral staircases before…but when an image pops up on me I get in this groove…thus the sharing. This is an amazing photo taken at the Lighthouse in Michell Lane, Glasgow. Photo: George Gastin

Rain

What could rain possibly have to do with your apartment decor?…unless of course we are considering your deck or back yard area, then…In any case, we are being inundated with rain, and more rain, and then a little more rain this week. With the drought, heat, and wild-fires in Texas causing havoc I find it hard to believe we live in the same country. But, today, I’ve gone with the rain as inspiration for decor, in the form of artwork in this case.
